Ordering

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.
Only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Unfortunately, once an order is on its way to you, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
We accept JCB credit/debit cards, Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC, Shopee Pay, QRPh, and direct deposits through RCBC, Union Bank, China Bank, and BPI.
If an error message occurs, this may be because:
  • The debit card cannot be used for this type of payment
  • Your bank has rejected the transaction due to suspicions of fraud
  • The card is not activated for international transactions

Please use another card to resolve the problem. If the issue still persists, kindly contact your bank for assistance.

We offer blind boxes, keychains, plush toys, and other collectibles from brands such as Pop Mart, Sanrio, Funism, 52 Toys, Rolife, and a lot more.
Yes, each blind box series has a set of collectibles, with some including rare or secret items.
Yes, full sets are available for certain series, but quantities are limited.

Delivery and Shipping

Currently, we only offer standard shipping option. Free shipping is available for orders that meet a certain threshold.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the volumetric weight of your order. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.
Currently, we ship only within the Philippines, but we plan to expand internationally in the future.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 working days upon receiving the item for assistance.

The BlindBox Factory is a destination for blind boxes and collectibles, offering a wide selection from top brands around the world.
A blind box contains a surprise collectible from a specific series. You won’t know which item you’ll receive until you open it.
No, the items inside blind boxes are randomized, which adds to the excitement!
